About Us
The Story Behind Revival Home Builders
Our journey began with a dream, hard work, and unwavering determination. Anthony and Darrell were the owners of ASE Power Pro, an electrical contracting business. Working in ASE Power Pro allowed them to collaborate with excellent builders to wire homes, work on new construction projects, and remodel existing spaces. Through these experiences, they discovered a shared passion for creating precisely designed projects while keeping costs affordable. Inspired by other contractors who transformed homes from the ground up, they harnessed their growing expertise and drive to design unique homes and reimagine the beauty of older spaces.
While working for other contractors, Anthony, Kristen, and Darrell noticed that what once brought them joy was turning into a source of stress and anxiety. Customers often expressed sentiments like "this is so much work" or "I never want to build another home again." With their positive attitudes and deep passion for their work, they saw an opportunity to infuse joy and amazement back into an industry that seemed to have lost its focus on customer value. They are dedicated to bringing happiness and peace back to homeowners by treating each project as if it were their own. They deeply value the investment made by their customers and take great pride in their customer service and attentiveness.
Committed to constantly exploring new possibilities and challenging themselves, Revival Home Builders takes pride in creating practical yet artistic elements like lighting and furniture. They see their company as a versatile entity, capable of handling various aspects of building and design. Contributing to their local community through their work brings them immense joy and satisfaction. from all the hands-on experiences, the more drive we had to design one-of-a-kind homes and reinvent the beauty of old spaces ourselves. While working for other contractors we( Anthony, Kristen , and Darrell) started to notice that something so joyful was becoming stressful and anxiety ridden. Often hearing customers say things like " this is so much work" to " I never want to build another home again". We decided with our positive attitudes and passion for our work that we could bring joy and amazement back into an industry that seemed to lack customer value. We are committed to bringing happiness and peace back to homeowners by being a company that cares for each project like it is our own. We understand and appreciate the investment of our customers and understand that we are apart of that. We take pride in our customer service and attentiveness. We are always exploring new possibilities and challenging ourselves to do the unthinkable. Revival Home Builders takes pride in creating functioning artwork like lighting and other furniture. We like to consider our company the jack of all trades. It brings us great joy to assist and give back to our greater community through our work.

Anthony Sanford
Founder and General Manager
Born and raised in Ellijay, Georgia I have had the privilege to watch my hometown grow and turn into a beautiful work of art. I have a tremendous amount of pride in this town and where I came from and want to help it prosper and grow to give back the community. I grew up playing sports for Gilmer County where I learned about leadership, hard work, and found my drive. Coming from humble beginnings hard work and strong will was instilled in me at a young age. As a young man I started work as a farm hand at HillCrest Orchards where I was taught management skills and excellent customer service. I stayed with Hill Crest and a service station from my early teens until I went off to college. As a young adult I attended two colleges. First, being Dalton state and Appalachian Tech where I completed and earned my Associates degree in business management. While in college I started as a parts manager for Larry’s Body Shop right here out of Ellijay. Once I finished my degree, I moved up at the body shop as an estimator and efficiency manager. Over the years I advanced to management where I oversaw all projects and the employees efficiencies, here I also attended seminars and schools for management and productions. I always had a love for building and design and bought and flipped my first house. Soon after a good friend offered me a job in the construction field as an electrician managing crews, there I met my now business partner Darrell and soon opened my own electrical contracting company Anthony Sanford Electric, after many large projects I would make Darrell a business partner ASE power pro. With a passion of contracting and design and our combined experience and multiple clients friends and family needing help on projects and home builds, we opened up revival home builders. My passion is providing a good experience and seeing a clients face light up when making their dreams and visions come to life, turning old spaces into something new or building a dream from ground up. It is my great pleasure and love to be able to do this and give back to this community.
Darrell Epperson
Operations Coordinator
Born and raised in Ellijay, Georgia I take pride in my community. My faith, Family, and career are my passion. I started my career at a young age working with a framing crew moving through the construction field. I then found myself working for a company that does well drilling and moved into the Electrical field where I would work for several years. In my time with Hamrick Electric LLC wiring houses I met my business partner Anthony. From there we started our own Electrical Company ASE Power Pro LLC previously Anthony Sanford Electric Inc. After several years in business, we noticed that our passion and knowledge for remodel and building homes was undeniable and decided to start a secondary business doing what we love to do.
Kristen sanford
Co-Founder / Office manager / Design Coordinator
Born in Williamsburg, Virginia, and Raised in Knoxville, Tennessee I have a diverse background of up bringing. As a kid I enjoy spending my time in the woods and playing sports. As an adult I attended Tennessee Technological University where I earned my degree in Sociology. My goal was to pursue a career as an attorney but as I took my first job at a Property Law firm in Atlanta processing foreclosures, real estate closings, and bankruptcy I started to gain a different passion. As my interests started expanding, I found myself working for multiple property restoration companies. Starting from coordinating repair jobs to estimating water damages and all the office administrative procedures in between. My love for saving properties and for turning the old into new soon turned into an interest in renovations and new construction. I offer a business eye with a keen sight into saving the old. I love my work and am very passionate about helping shine new light onto properties and homes.

VP of License operations and General contractor
Randy is our general contractor . He is also the owner of Hamrick power solutions. Randy has countless year of experience in electrical contracting. Randy has also built many spec houses and is always looking for the next adventure. Randy is an important asset to the Revival team for his years of experience.
